Why intake is closed
Editorial appointments, approved policies, author terms, the fee schedule and the publication plan must be established first. Before actual intake, OJS or an equivalent auditable submission and review system is needed to manage files, confidential review, decisions and the editorial record. No such system is represented as installed here.
What you can prepare now
Check that your research fits the proposed scope. Prepare a separate author/title page and anonymous main manuscript, verify citations, document ethics and consent, and agree contributions with co-authors. Use the proposed Word templates in the author guidelines (Templates section) and consult the draft policies; final requirements may change before launch.
Enquiry is not submission
The existing Global Hub contact channel can receive general questions about this planned initiative. A publication enquiry is not a manuscript submission and does not enter any editorial queue. Do not send manuscripts, sensitive data or participant information through that channel.
