What is the difference between a systematic and a narrative review?

A systematic review follows a documented protocol with defined databases, search strings and inclusion criteria so it can be reproduced. A narrative review synthesises literature thematically to build an argument without that formal protocol.

Do you provide the PRISMA flow diagram and screening records?
