What is the difference between a systematic and a narrative review?

A systematic review follows a documented protocol with defined databases, search strings and inclusion criteria so it can be reproduced. A narrative review synthesises literature thematically to build an argument without that formal protocol.

Do you provide the PRISMA flow diagram and screening records?

Yes. PRISMA is a reporting guideline for systematic reviews rather than a separate review design, and we apply it where a systematic review needs it: flow diagram, database search log, screening counts at each stage and the final included-studies table.

Which reference managers do you support?
